Identity Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of CyberCradle Identity and login services at login.cybercradle.com. They apply only to Identity/Login services. Public website use at cybercradle.com is governed by separate Public Website terms. Authenticated platform services are governed by separate Platform terms when available.

Identity/Login scope

CyberCradle Identity is intended to provide login, account authentication, session handling and related security controls for CyberCradle services. At the MVP shell stage, the login button may be disabled and real authentication may not be available. These terms do not grant access to workspaces, applications, artifacts, integrations, billing, subscriptions or credits.

Login availability

Login functionality may be unavailable, disabled, limited, pre-release or invitation-only. We may change, suspend or disable login functionality to protect users, accounts, systems or service integrity.

Account credentials

When account functionality becomes available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for not sharing passwords, secrets or authentication material with others. You must not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

Acceptable use

You must not use Identity/Login services to attack, overload or disrupt systems; bypass security controls; automate unauthorized login attempts; test stolen credentials; scrape or enumerate accounts; impersonate another person; submit malware or harmful content; or violate applicable law.

Security controls

We may use security controls such as rate limiting, anti-bot checks, session protections, CSRF protection, device/browser checks and security logging. These controls may block, delay or challenge access attempts that appear suspicious, automated or abusive.

No platform service guarantee

Identity/Login services are a separate access layer. Availability of the login page does not guarantee access to authenticated platform features, subscriptions, credits, workspaces or applications.

Disclaimer and limitation

Identity/Login services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, especially during pre-release or MVP stages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberCradle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use or unavailability of Identity/Login services.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as CyberCradle Identity develops. Governing law will be specified when the responsible legal entity is finalized. Mandatory consumer protection laws may still apply. Contact contact@cybercradle.com.
